N J Rose Building & Carpentry Ltd was formed in 2016 but our experience in the building industry dates back over 30 years. During that time we have undertaken a wide variety of projects and helped numerous clients to achieve their dreams.

 

We’re based in Alcester, Warwickshire and, although most of our work is carried out locally or in the surrounding counties, we are happy to consider projects in any area. 

We will happily cover all aspects of building and construction work, from simple alterations and extensions to high-end, bespoke new builds. 

 

At N J Rose Building & Carpentry Ltd quality and customer care is of the upmost importance. We only use quality and certified sub-contractors and, for added peace of mind, a key member of our staff will be onsite from start to finish making sure work is carried out to the highest standard. 

 

We have a wealth of knowledge of building regulations, and have established excellent working relationships with the local building control offices and independent warranty providers.

 

 We are also fully insured and happy to provide the relevant certificates if required.
